Vinyasa Flow Yoga with Kerry Turner, RYT
Vinyasa flow Yoga is a fluid style of Yoga that connects body, breath and mind. This style of Yoga focusses on intelligently designed sequence of poses using proper technique and alignment to help increase strength, flexibility, posture, core strength, coordination, balance, and overall relaxation. Learn breathing techniques (pranayama) and yoga poses (asana) to help increase overall health while decreasing stress and tension. This style of Yoga will allow you the space to focus deeply on your practice and allow you to move into your poses with ease and steadiness.
Each class will include Pranayama, centering, flow yoga sequences and deep relaxation.
